The International Paranormal Society (TIPS) is a collaborating partner with the MNPSG. We work together within the state of Minnesota to help clients and to share information and techniques. Since Halloween is a big time of the year when our investigations and work come to the forefront, we wanted to share a video that they did with the "Life to the Max" show which we found very interesting.
