2009/08/14 - Private Residence, Chisholm, MN

The Minnesota Paranormal Study Group set out in a small group to help a family in Chisholm that had problems in their previous home. This was a case of a shocking historical discovery.

HISTORY:

This house was built in the 1900s by a doctor named Peter Klein II. The house is now owned by a family that resides in Chisholm but they do not live in the house at this time. They are currently living down the street in another house as the heating cost too much.

UPDATE: After our initial investigation, the current home owner discovered that the family that lived in the home prior to them has had some odd occurrences in the home. It was also discovered that in the late 1940s, the Klein family had a young 15 year old boy who had committed suicide by hanging themselves in the home. It is believed that his name was either Peter Klein III or Albert Klein.

The family originally called us in because it was reported that this ghost boy and a young child girl were reported being sighted in the attic area by people passing by. The family also heard drumming in the basement from unknown sources.

INVESTIGATION: 

 Mick and Don did a sweep of the home including the basement and attic but only found interesting results in the northwest bedroom on the second floor.

OBSERVATION & FINDINGS:

 This was the only piece of evidence that was interesting.

CONCLUSIONS:

 The home did exhibit above normal activity, some which could be considered paranormal. Once we shared this video with the client, she talked to the previous owner and did some research into the history of the home and found out about the Klein family who had lost their 15 year old boy due to suicide. For whatever reason, the video does show that something communicated that it was 15 years old.
